Description
Filtration plant for the clarification of beer, consisting of:
- GEA Westfalia separator (built in 1990, type SC 35-06-117): With ABB flow measurement and Sigrist turbidity measurement. Renewed S7 control system with visualisation and touch panel from GEA.
- Combi filter (diatomaceous earth and sheet filter) type SBP 200.2 E14P01. 31 kieselguhr layers and 50 sterilisation layers with a 100 x 100 cm plate size. Turbidity measurement at the outlet of the kieselguhr filter and at the outlet of the sheet filter. Plato measurement, flow measurement.
- Agitator tank with 2.6 hl for diatomaceous earth dosing with dosing pump.
