combined packer/repalletizer Manufacturer: BMS Year of construction: 2004 Description: The system is connected downstream of a repacking system and is used to pack 4-pack carrier boxes (0.5 L bottles) in pintle boxes and palletize them. To do this, pallets with empty pintle boxes are fed onto the left roller conveyor (from the forklift driver's perspective). In the system, the pintle boxes are restacked layer by layer onto the pallet on the second roller conveyor, and the carrier boxes fed from the repacking system are packed using a gripper head. When the pallet is full, it is moved out of the system on a roller conveyor and the now empty pallet (left) is lifted onto the right roller conveyor.
